依據海關總署及相關海關統計數據，2025 年 5—11 月中國稀土進口市場走勢呈現明顯波動態勢：未列名稀土氧化物進口量在 5 月觸及歷史最高值后，整體呈逐步下行趨勢；自美國進口的稀土金屬礦，則經歷了 “下滑 — 短期回暖 — 進口量持續為零” 的波動過程；碳酸稀土進口貨源高度依賴馬來西亞，同期進口量波動特征顯著。

在未列名稀土氧化物進口品類中，5 月進口總量攀升至9076 噸的歷史峰值，其中緬甸貨源貢獻 5434 噸，老撾貨源達 3309 噸，相較 4 月，老撾進口量實現顯著增長。進入 6 月，該品類進口量回落至 6927 噸，貨源結構仍以緬甸為主，進口量達 5678 噸，老撾進口量則降至 1004 噸。7—11 月，未列名稀土氧化物進口量呈持續波動態勢：7 月進口 3626 噸，其中緬甸 2198 噸、老撾 1258 噸，同比降幅 15.1%；8 月進口 3373 噸，緬甸貨源降至 1630 噸，老撾貨源增至 1517 噸；9 月進口量回升至 4909 噸，緬甸貨源回升至 3803 噸，老撾貨源回落至 839 噸；10 月進口 3972 噸，緬甸 2557 噸、老撾 1278 噸；11 月進口 4346 噸，緬甸 3187 噸、老撾 1003 噸。值得注意的是，馬來西亞在該品類進口中的占比保持穩定，各月進口量均處于130—150 噸區間。

稀土金屬礦進口走勢，凸顯出顯著的中美貿易聯動特征。受貿易摩擦因素影響，5 月中國自美稀土金屬礦進口量降至 1072 噸，較 4 月的 3744 噸大幅縮減；進入 6 月，該品類自美進口量進一步降至零。7 月自美進口量短暫回升，達到 4719 噸，同比增幅達 36.7%，但此后 8—11 月，自美稀土金屬礦進口量持續處于零進口狀態。

從其他進口來源來看，8 月無相關進口數據披露；9 月未明確標注具體進口來源地；10 月進口貨源來自布隆迪與尼日利亞，合計進口量 164 噸；11 月進口來源則為馬達加斯加和尼日利亞，合計進口量 223 噸。數據統計顯示，截至 9 月，中國自美稀土金屬礦累計進口量為 23485 噸，較去年同期的 43238 噸減少 19780 噸。

碳酸稀土進口市場中，馬來西亞占據主導供應地位。2025 年 5 月該品類進口量為 896 噸，6 月進口 882 噸，與 5 月數據大致相當；7 月進口量降至 599 噸，8 月回升至 941 噸，10 月進口 651 噸，其中馬來西亞貢獻 641 噸，占比超 98%。9 月碳酸稀土進口格局出現變化，進口量 137 噸，來源地轉為巴西；11 月進口量進一步降至 21 噸，貨源來自印度，進口規模創下近 7 個月以來的最低水平。

出口方面，6 月中國稀土永磁體出口量達 3724 噸，較 5 月的 1744 噸實現大幅增長，但較去年同期的 5700 噸有所回落，整體出口表現不及上年同期。綜合來看，2025 年 5—11 月中國稀土進口結構保持相對穩定：未列名稀土氧化物的核心供應地集中在東南亞地區，以緬甸、老撾為主；碳酸稀土進口由馬來西亞主導；稀土金屬礦進口來源呈現多元化補充態勢，而中美貿易局勢的變化對稀土金屬礦進口的影響更為突出。
