2025 年 12 月 19 日下午，上海市稀土協(xié)會(huì)第四屆第三次理事會(huì)擴(kuò)大會(huì)議，于華東理工大學(xué)逸夫樓會(huì)議室如期召開(kāi)。會(huì)議由協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)饒曉雷全程主持，上海市經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化委員會(huì)新材料處四級(jí)調(diào)研員郭長(zhǎng)發(fā)、協(xié)會(huì)名譽(yù)會(huì)長(zhǎng)朱銘岳，與協(xié)會(huì)理事、監(jiān)事、久巨公司代表及部分會(huì)員企業(yè)代表共同參會(huì)。本次會(huì)議理事到會(huì)人數(shù)完全契合協(xié)會(huì)章程要求，各項(xiàng)議程均嚴(yán)格遵循規(guī)范，有序推進(jìn)。

會(huì)議伊始，全體參會(huì)人員認(rèn)真聽(tīng)取協(xié)會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)崔中倪所作的《協(xié)會(huì) 2025 年度工作總結(jié)與 2026 年度工作計(jì)劃》報(bào)告，以及《關(guān)于聘請(qǐng)高級(jí)顧問(wèn)的情況說(shuō)明》。報(bào)告系統(tǒng)梳理了協(xié)會(huì)本年度在政策宣貫、行業(yè)交流協(xié)作、會(huì)員精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)等方面的工作成效，清晰擘畫(huà)了下一年度圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同發(fā)展、科技創(chuàng)新賦能升級(jí)、國(guó)際合作雙向?qū)拥暮诵墓ぷ魉{(lán)圖。久巨公司代表與全體理事、監(jiān)事共同參與文件審議，經(jīng)充分研討，一致表決通過(guò)上述兩項(xiàng)文件，并形成正式會(huì)議決議。
