項(xiàng)目前期，我們先完成需求對接與基礎(chǔ)準(zhǔn)備工作。客戶提供的硅膠產(chǎn)品內(nèi)置磁性顆粒，初始磁力僅0.01高斯，幾乎無實(shí)用磁性能，需通過充磁處理達(dá)到穩(wěn)定磁性，適配后續(xù)裝配需求。技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)先對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全面檢測，確認(rèn)其尺寸規(guī)格、硅膠材質(zhì)厚度及內(nèi)置磁材類型，確保充磁工藝與產(chǎn)品特性匹配。同時(shí)，選用久巨3000V充磁機(jī)作為核心設(shè)備，該設(shè)備通過高壓電容儲能后瞬間放電產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)磁場，可精準(zhǔn)突破磁性材料內(nèi)稟矯頑力，實(shí)現(xiàn)高效飽和充磁。操作前嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全規(guī)程，檢查設(shè)備電源接地、冷卻系統(tǒng)通暢性，清理作業(yè)區(qū)域易燃易爆物品，操作人員穿戴絕緣手套與防護(hù)眼鏡，杜絕金屬飾品佩戴，保障作業(yè)安全。

充磁實(shí)施階段是流程核心，分為參數(shù)調(diào)試、工件定位與充磁執(zhí)行三步。技術(shù)人員依據(jù)產(chǎn)品磁材特性與目標(biāo)磁力，經(jīng)多次模擬測試后，將充磁機(jī)電壓參數(shù)精準(zhǔn)設(shè)定為3000V。考慮到硅膠材質(zhì)柔性特質(zhì)，定制專用定位夾具，將待充磁產(chǎn)品平穩(wěn)固定于充磁頭預(yù)定位置，確保產(chǎn)品與充磁頭有效接觸，避免充磁過程中移位導(dǎo)致磁力分布不均。確認(rèn)無誤后，操作人員退至安全區(qū)域按下啟動按鈕，設(shè)備電容瞬間釋放高壓電流，通過充磁線圈產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)磁場，使硅膠內(nèi)置磁性顆粒沿磁力線方向有序排列。整個充磁過程僅耗時(shí)數(shù)秒，設(shè)備自動完成磁場施加與復(fù)位，期間實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測電流、磁場強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)，確保運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。

充磁完成后，進(jìn)入后處理與檢測環(huán)節(jié)。待設(shè)備磁場完全衰減后，小心取出產(chǎn)品，清除表面殘留雜質(zhì)。采用高精度高斯計(jì)對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行多點(diǎn)磁力檢測，結(jié)果顯示，產(chǎn)品平均磁力達(dá)15.5高斯，較初始值提升1550倍，且磁力分布均勻，完全符合客戶使用要求。同時(shí)對充磁設(shè)備進(jìn)行停機(jī)維護(hù)，清理充磁頭工作面，關(guān)閉電源與冷卻系統(tǒng)，如實(shí)記錄本次作業(yè)的產(chǎn)品數(shù)量、參數(shù)設(shè)置、檢測數(shù)據(jù)等信息，形成完整生產(chǎn)檔案。
